SMITHIESKID

Discover the latest additions to our collection—handpicked pieces, I’m Smithieskid, and if you’re wondering how I got into paracord… it’s my daughter’s fault. When Baxter was a puppy he could destroy anything — leads, collars, whatever you put on him. If you took a collar off and left it on the sofa, Chewed!.‍ ‍

Whilst sitting in a cafe, we heard a dog barking excitedly trying to play with other dogs, I commented ‘Wow someones going to be in trouble letting their dog run loose’.

It was then we noticed we were the one’s getting the dirty looks. Horrified we looked under the table and realised Baxter had escaped, he had chewed through his fabric lead.

My daughter tried everything until she found paracord. She showed me a lead she’d bought — strong, durable, washable, and basically unchewable.

I’d been looking for a new craft, and I fell in love with it straight away — especially the colours.

Baxter: [Golden Show Cocker], was gifted a new collar and lead set in Purple.  Kiki: [Sable Show Cocker], Pink set-because she’s the girl. Rolo: [Chocolate Show Cocker], Red set to go with his colour. ‍ ‍

A brown and black Cocker Spaniel puppy with long ears, sitting on a wooden table, wearing a pink polka dot bandana, against a blurred indoor background with warm lighting.
